Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth process for buyers and sellers. This policy applies to all purchases made through Kulmol.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or intimate items, are non-returnable.
Buyers must provide proof of purchase.
Initiate a Return: Contact the seller via the "Return Request" feature on Kulmol.
Approval: The seller must approve or decline the request within 48 hours. Kulmol may intervene if no response is received.
Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Sellers must provide a return shipping address.
Refund: Once the seller receives and inspects the item, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
In case of a dispute, Kulmol’s support team will mediate to reach a resolution. Our decision will be final and binding.
