Our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth process for buyers and sellers. This policy applies to all purchases made through Kulmol.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or intimate items, are non-returnable.

• Buyers must provide proof of purchase.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact the seller via the "Return Request" feature on Kulmol.

2. Approval: The seller must approve or decline the request within 48 hours. Kulmol may intervene if no response is received.

3. Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Sellers must provide a return shipping address.

4. Refund: Once the seller receives and inspects the item, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Disputes

In case of a dispute, Kulmol’s support team will mediate to reach a resolution. Our decision will be final and binding.
