Stun gun type 800 - Black

Black rectangular rubber/ABS encapsuled module (which lends impact resistance) measuring in 105 x 55 x 24mm. Has conductive metal pronged ends in front for pulsed arcing - which produced a big racket as well as a bright pulsating white-blue flash between the arcing points.

Has horizontal grooves on the fore of the module for improved grip. The ON/OFF/MODE selector tab switch is on the side w/ the disc shaped charge button just above it. When the tab is completely downward, it is OFF, when at the middle, the LED flashlight (+-50 lumens, almost as strong as a cellphone flashlight) activates. This is situated between the two arcing prongs. When the tab is completely pushed upward, the red light between the charge button and mode selector switch will go on, indicating, as the colour implies, DANGER - when the charge button is depressed at this time, an electrical current will be discharged between the prongs, arcing with a crackling noise.

The effect distance of this product is melee only, in other words, you'll need to have the business end of this device pressed against the attacker, in order to shock him. Hold the button depressed for no more than 5 seconds. 2.5 seconds is the recommended application.

This unit is rechargeable as such and comes w/ a two-prong, two pin charging cable measuring in 220mm. There is a red light at the back to indicate when the device is busy charging - please do not overcharge as the built-in battery will rupture and start leaking.

Also included in an econo grade pouch for this stun gun unit, which can loop onto a belt - compression retention is via the two elastic bands on the sides.

Useful device for intimidating any would-be attackers, especially during low-light conditions, which would eccentuate the light of the crackling arc generated accompanied w/ the sound.Please do not attempt to utilize this device is rainy or misty conditions. Also make sure that the attacker hasn't grabbed ahold of you, prior to utilizing this device for self-defence.
